If there are areas in your life that you have begun to experience difficulty with managing, then therapy may be an option for you.  Through professional, relevant and evidenced based therapeutic processes, my goal as your Licensed Professional Counselor Associate alongside my LPC Supervisor, is to assist you with identifying root causes of disruptions to your activities of daily living.

Whether navigating relationships, work or school, through the professional and private counseling/client relationship, we will explore and learn to implement various tools that empower and promote resiliency.

I am a proud 2009 graduate of Prairie View A&M University with a conferred Masters of Art in Counseling.  I have 7 years combined counseling experience as both an educator/certified school counselor and a counselor intern.  My experiences have afforded the opportunity to work with adolescents, adults, and elderly populations with a focus on mental health issues up to and including depression, anxiety, dementia, substance abuse and dual diagnosis.

I am passionate about helping others and am excited about the opportunity to assist you with gaining and sustaining progress as well as increased insight and clearer vision.
